Westler, the food group, is offering a package which provides everything you’ll need to set up a hot dog operation.
The Westlers Hot Dog Package consists of a range of hot dogs to suit all operations, along with a selection of branded cooking equipment – all machinery is available to rent or buy – plus branded disposables and free POS material. Also available is a merchandising package, offering personalised bespoke point of sale.
Included in the selection of hot dogs are two traditional titles – the Premium Frankfurter and Coney Island – plus five flavoured varieties which have just been added to the company’s Gourmet Range of sausages.
Chorizo, a new Spanish sausage, is made from cured pork, whilst Sicilian is made from Italian style pork and Kabanos style comes from Poland.
Kebab is a mutton and beef sausage lightly seasoned with spices, garlic and onions, and the German-inspired Bockwürst is made from cured pork and is lightly spiced.
All five flavoured sausages are available in cases of 72, whilst Premium comes in cases of 48 and Coney Island of 144.
